The moon leaves silver in the puddles
And the foxgloves keep it until morning.
A wanderer’s journal · Elarion
I’m Elowen Mistwren. I follow old paths, listen for what the forest keeps, and collect little wonders along the way.
Come a little closerThe map ends where the moss begins. That’s usually where I do my best thinking.
I make my home at the edge of the Greenward, in a little cottage where the kettle is always on and the windowsills are crowded with things I couldn’t leave behind. A feather. A pressed fern. A story someone nearly forgot to tell.
I’m part guide, part gatherer, and wholly curious about the spaces between the known and the not-yet-named.
A page from my journalBEYOND THE LAST LANTERN
A forest that remembers every footstep, even the ones you take in a dream. I know its gentler trails by heart. The rest are still introducing themselves.
Take the long waySmall observations from a life lived with the door open.
And the foxgloves keep it until morning.
Some small beginnings fit in a pocket.
So do I, a little. That seems fair.
